An introductory class, emphasizing correct movement through and exercise, proper weight and rep ranges, and a chair-focused class.
A moderate intensity class that integrates standing, seated and reclining yoga poses while being mindful of breath and body. It incorporates various mobility, flexibility, and strength components both standing and on the floor.
Get a total body workout in this light to moderate intensity workout that integrates cardio, strength, mobility and balance exercises. Chairs will be provided but expect to stand for the majority of the class.
Level 1 Aqua Class – Each water aerobics class includes a warm-up, cardio, strength-training exercises, and a cooldown. Level 1 has more emphasis on bodyweight movements and option on incorporating weights towards the end.
