Body Composition Assessment

Body composition analysis involves using our state-of-the-art InBody 570 Body Composition Analyzer to accurately measure and assess various components of the body, including muscle mass, body fat mass, total body water, bone mineral content, basal metabolic rate, and visceral fat levels. This comprehensive assessment provides valuable insights into an individual’s overall health, fitness, and hydration status, aiding in the development of tailored diet and exercise plans to improve well-being and reduce health risks associated with imbalances in these components.
