With over 15 years of experience, Jessica brings a holistic and empowering approach to fitness. She’s a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor who completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Exhale Spa in New York City through the Sankalpah College of Yoga.
Jessica’s extensive background allows her to work with clients at every stage of life and fitness from prenatal and postpartum to corrective exercise and weight loss. Her compassionate, upbeat coaching style makes every client feel supported, capable, and motivated to reach their goals.
