Aqua Level 1
Cambridge Fitness – Brier Creek 7901 TW Alexander Drive Suite 200, RaleighLevel 1 Aqua Class – Each water aerobics class includes a warm-up, cardio, strength-training exercises, and a cooldown. Level 1 has more emphasis on bodyweight movements and option on incorporating weights towards the end.
Mobility & Strength
Cambridge Fitness – Brier Creek 7901 TW Alexander Drive Suite 200, RaleighGet a total body workout in this light to moderate intensity workout that integrates cardio, strength, mobility and balance exercises. Chairs will be provided but expect to stand for the majority of the class.
Total Body Strength

Zumba
