Mobility & Strength

Get a total body workout in this light to moderate intensity workout that integrates cardio, strength, mobility and balance exercises.  Chairs will be provided but expect to stand for the majority of the class.

Stretch and Flex

A class designed to educate and build the fundamentals. Work through energetic pairings of upper and lower body exercises and then enjoy a guided stretch program.

Joints In Motion

An introductory class, emphasizing correct movement through and exercise, proper weight and rep ranges, and a chair-focused class.

Core Balance (Level 2)

A challenging progressive class in which we work on the balance of individuals and specific exercises training lower body muscles, reflexes, eye movement, proprioception, and muscle memory to enhance and compensate for balance.
