Aqua Level 2

Level 2 Aqua Class – A more strengthening and cardio-based class that incorporates various movements throughout the class. This class is a higher-intensity workout than a level 1 class.

Yoga

A moderate intensity class that integrates standing, seated and reclining yoga poses while being mindful of breath and body.  It incorporates various mobility, flexibility, and strength components both standing and on the floor.

Mobility & Strength

Get a total body workout in this light to moderate intensity workout that integrates cardio, strength, mobility and balance exercises.  Chairs will be provided but expect to stand for the majority of the class.

Zumba

A high-intensity fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Advanced Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

Total Body Strength

A total body more advanced workout incorporating cardio interval exercises, strength for upper and lower body, and agility skills that help with reflexes and staying sharp on one's feet.

Stretch and Flex

A class designed to educate and build the fundamentals. Work through energetic pairings of upper and lower body exercises and then enjoy a guided stretch program.

Spin (cycling)

Spin (cycling) – various intensity levels on our Keiser M3i bikes led by an instructor. A total lower body workout that will train quads, glutes, hamstrings, and cardio as well!

Joints In Motion

An introductory class, emphasizing correct movement through and exercise, proper weight and rep ranges, and a chair-focused class.
