Katie Birchall grew up in Laurinburg, North Carolina, and received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from East Carolina University (Go Pirates!). She completed her Dietetic Internship through Meredith College. Katie found her passion for nutrition early on as she played sports and understood how vital nutrition was for performance. Ten years later, Katie is now a Registered Dietitian teaching others how to fuel their body to fit their lifestyle. From 1-on-1 nutrition counseling to group seminars, Katie uses evidence-based practice and individualized programming to help you reach your goals.
