Where Can I Do Water Aerobics?

What Are Water Aerobics?

Water aerobics is a type of low-impact workout that involve cardio, strength training, flexibility, and much more. Your typical water exercise class will last about an hour and take you through a warmup, various exercises, and a cooldown. Water aerobics does not involve swimming, but instead, you’ll be doing things like leg lifts, bicep curls, and abdominal exercises, all underwater.

Aqua aerobics classes are for everyone—no matter your age or skill level. Cambridge Fitness tailors our class schedule to fit as many people as possible, whether they’re getting active after a long sedentary period or they’re adding water aerobics to an already-intense workout regimen.
