Aqua – Level 1

Water aerobics classes offer a holistic workout that includes a warm-up, cardio, strength training, and a cooldown. In Level 1, the focus is on bodyweight exercises, gradually integrating weights for added resistance. Aqua – Level 2

The Level 2 Aqua Class takes aquatic fitness up a notch, focusing on intense cardiovascular workouts and strength-building. Aqua Mobility

This 30-minute class offers a gentle and unhurried pace, focusing on fluid joint movements rather than intense strength exercises. It serves as an excellent option for rehabilitation and people dealing with joint problems or health concerns. Particularly advantageous for alleviating stress on joints in the lower body such as hips, knees, and ankles, the warm water environment enhances blood circulation, further contributing to overall well-being.

Aqua Tabata

Discover a dynamic class that will energize you as it combines a series of 4-minute exercise sequences in a fast-paced manner. These sequences alternate between short bursts of high-intensity activity and moments of rest, keeping your heart rate elevated. If you’re new to aqua exercise, no worries – you can engage at your comfortable pace and gradually ramp up the challenge. This workout draws inspiration from the Tabata training method, known for its effective 20-second high-intensity intervals followed by 10 seconds of rest. Aqua Zumba
