Our Personal Training Team is a group of highly qualified individuals who can provide you with personalized attention to help you attain your health and fitness goals. Your personal trainer is with you throughout your entire workout to ensure you perform each exercise properly, to answer any questions that you might have, and to motivate you.

| Train Harder |
Pricing varies by trainer, specialization and availability. Training sessions are one hour in duration. Choosing the right personal trainer is a matter of personality and specialization. Our fitness director, Josh Smith oversees our personal training program. He will gladly introduce you to any member of our team for a free consultation.
$52 - $65 per member session
$62 - $75 per nonmember session
